All return must be authorized by our Custom Product Department. No merchandise may be returned without the company,s prior approval and instruction. No return of goods that have been altered, processed, subject to abuse, misuse, or damaged. All authorized returns must be in original wrapping materials in the same condition as when received by buyer.

Returns must be made within twenty (20) days of the invoice date. All returns must include a copy of invoice, description, quantity and the reason of return. Buyers are responsible of return freight charge. No return on special order custom-made draperies.
